Creating a more resilient world, one person at a time.
Hi, I’m Kerry
Hi, I'm Kerry, a Resilience advocate and trainer, on a mission to create a more resilient world, one person at a time.
You might know me from the 'drugs' bus—the purple, graffiti-decorated double-decker bus I use to educate schools, communities, and young people about drug use and their wider decision-making. If you've seen it around the UK, you will know exactly what I mean.
But there’s much more. I'm here to help you build and maintain resilience by exploring how our thoughts, emotions, and actions shape our lives.
It's fascinating how little we often know about this fundamental aspect of ourselves.
The core of my work revolves around one simple principle - resilience is for everyone.
I’ve developed a series of workshops and programmes, for both individuals and teams, to ensure everyone has the skills and tools needed to navigate life's challenges.
How I can help
Resilience isn't always something that comes naturally. Sometimes, we develop coping strategies that aren't the best for our well-being.
That’s where I come in.
With 20 years of experience in the wellbeing and psychology field, I am a fully trained facilitator dedicated to continuous learning and professional development to best support individuals and communities.
Before starting Resilience Voyage, I spent many years working at Shepton Mallet Prison as a Treatment Manager for offending behavior programs. Additionally, my experience includes working in schools, leading Behaviour departments, and providing targeted youth support, empowering young individuals.
This wide range of experience, and my personal journey, has driven my passion to work with individuals of all ages, supporting them to build healthy strategies for well-being and resilience.
Whether you're an individual looking to boost your resilience or an organisation ready to invest in your team's long-term well-being, I'll work with you to meet your specific needs.

A little more about my personal journey…
Hi, I’m Kerry. Mum of 3, resilience advocator and trainer, pole dancing enthusiast and Domestic Violence survivor.
I help people build and maintain resilience by understanding how we think, feel and behave. It’s at the foundation of everything we do, yet it's something we often know very little about.
10 years ago, I had no idea what resilience was. I had just left an abusive relationship, and my mental health was in a terrible state. Despite working in the psychology department of a prison at the time, I felt completely lost and stuck.
Since that time, I've embraced support and invested time to build the skills and toolkit I needed to navigate life's challenges. It hasn’t always been an easy path, and I continue to grow every day.
This journey has made me incredibly passionate about resilience. It's not something that should only come into play during crisis; it's a skill we all should have, starting at a young age, just like riding a bike or learning to write our names.
It doesn't matter how old you are, what your gender identity is, where you come from, or what your career is. Resilience is for everyone.
We can't avoid adversity, but we can equip ourselves with the tools to manage it and keep moving forward.
I’d love to support you on this journey.

Not sure what you need? That’s okay - I’m here to help.
Let's have a chat, and I can recommend the best workshop for you based on your goals, needs and budget.
