The course will also explore the impact of upbringing, experiences, and traumas on shaping our beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors.
Through interactive sessions and discussions, participants will gain insights into core beliefs, negative thinking patterns, and common behavioural responses such as fight, flight, and freeze.
