Anxiety is the most common mental health issue in the world, however sadly 50% of those people affected do not get support for it.

Anxiety affects over 8 million people in the UK (20% of the population) and 301 million people worldwide (4% of the population). This course is designed for individuals who struggle with constant worry about past events or future possibilities, often referred to as overthinkers or worriers. Anxiety has become normalised, but it doesn't have to be something we just live with.

This course will help you understand the nature of anxiety, its origins, and its manifestations. We will explore how anxiety impacts us and provide tools and techniques to manage it effectively.
